(Jackson, MS / January 8, 2015) Brent Cole has joined Baker Donelson's Jackson, Mississippi office.
Mr. Cole joins the Firm as an associate in Baker Donelson's Advocacy Group where he represents clients in a variety of business-related litigation matters. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Cole worked as a commercial insurance underwriter and broker in the excess and surplus lines market.
A 2012 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law, Mr. Cole served as editor-in-chief of the Mississippi Law Journal. He is a member of the Capital Area and American Bar Associations and is a member of the Jackson Young Lawyers Bar Admissions Ceremony Committee. Mr. Cole also volunteers with Fondren Renaissance Foundation, an organization established to promote preservation and revitalization throughout the Fondren neighborhood of Jackson, Habitat for Humanity, and Mission First Legal Aid Office.
