In 2012, we provided a series of programs designed to help your company take the lead when the ball is in its court. In this interactive March Madness session, we will give you several pointers on how to successfully prepare for the top employment issues of 2013, such as:
- Taking a jump shot at Issues focused on by the EEOC;
- Avoiding technical and offensive fouls with the Department of Labor;
- Understanding backcourt violations established by the NLRB;
- Taking advantage of the free throws addressed by the U. S. Supreme Court; and
- Traveling down the court of other employment law trends of 2013
Continuing Education Credit:
This program is pending CLE credit approval in the state of Tennessee. This program has been submitted to the HR Certification Institute for review.
