The Baker Donelson Women's Initiative has partnered with the Community Legal Center's Immigration Justice Project to provide counsel in advanced domestic violence asylum cases pending before the Memphis Immigration Court. You're invited to join us in this endeavor, and participate in the related three-hour CLE training course. This event is designed to give lawyers a nuts and bolts view on how immigration courts operate, and best practices for asylum cases. The CLE will also offer a section that is specific to domestic violence asylum.

This is a complimentary event. This program has been approved for 3.0 hours of CLE credit.
