Amy W. Schrader Joins Baker Donelson's State Public Policy Group

(Tallahassee, FL / September 22, 2015) Baker Donelson announces the addition of Amy W. Schrader to the Firm's State Public Policy Group.

Ms. Schrader joins Baker Donelson as of counsel in the Firm's Tallahassee office; is board certified in State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice; and focuses her practice in the areas of professional licensing, agency rule challenges, bid protests and Florida agency procurements. She has experience assisting companies and individuals in their dealings and engagements with Florida administrative agencies, and has worked internally for both the Florida Department of Management Services and Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Ms. Schrader also has extensive experience with Chapter 287 Florida Statutes and with assisting regulated organizations and industries with statutory and rule compliance.

Ms. Schrader is a graduate of Florida State University College of Law, where she currently serves as an adjunct law professor for Florida Administrative Law. She was recognized as a "Rising Star" in Administrative Law by Florida Super Lawyers from 2012-2014 and is an active member of the Florida Bar's Administrative Law Section, recently serving as chair from 2013-2014.
