You know about ADA employment violations but does your workplace comply with the ADA? In this interactive session, ADA Expert Kirk Tcherneshoff will show many of the barriers that people with disabilities face every day in their communities and workplaces. He will also discuss litigation and voluntary compliance with the ADA. Following his presentation, we will open up the floor to address ADA-related questions, the benefits of voluntary compliance and what to do if your business is sued for failure to provide access under the ADA. This session is the first of a two-part series on the ADA and one you won't want to miss.
