This briefing will discuss targeted violence in the workplace, planning for, and preventing employee workplace violence. We will explore methods for recognizing warning signs of potential threats, offer guidance on training employees to respond effectively in crisis situations, and address some of the legal considerations that come into play when managing situations hinting at impending violence within the workforce.
