Our team of lawyers and legal staff are experienced in lodging visa applications, assisting with visa appointment scheduling and preparing our clients for their U.S. visa interviews. Our U.S. Consular Services include:

  • Full and comprehensive U.S. consular services for all visa categories (both immigrant and nonimmigrant)
  • Assistance with immigrant and nonimmigrant waiver applications
  • Department of State and USCIS escalations and liaison
  • Expedited and VIP Consular Services
  • L-1 blanket visa applications, E company registrations and E visa applications including interview preparation
  • Consultative Services including guidance on scheduling visa appointments, preparation of the DS-160 visa application and documents to carry to the visa interview
  • Assist with I-130 family-based petitions filed with USCIS offices outside of the U.S. including correspondence with the National Visa Center and liaison with the Consulate
  • Abandonment of Permanent Residence or renunciation of U.S. citizenship
