Robert G. Brazier, shareholder in the Firm's Atlanta office and former managing partner of Gambrell & Stolz, LLP (now Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC), concentrates his practice in general commercial litigation, including covenants not to compete, Lanham Act, patent and trademark infringement, and partner and shareholder disputes. Mr. Brazier is also experienced in both state and federal tax disputes. He regularly represents clients in complex litigation in both state and federal courts.
- Mr. Brazier recently represented a pharmaceutical distributor in several federal district court proceedings involving Lanham Act and patent infringement litigation.
- He has successfully represented employees and employers in litigation involving covenants not to compete, nondisclosure agreements, and trade secrets. Many of his cases in this area of the law have been reported and are often cited.
- He obtained a successful resolution in both trial and appellate courts for a real estate developer in dispute with its former partner.
- Mr. Brazier has lectured in the areas of taxation, covenants not to compete and Sarbanes-Oxley.
