Mrs. Henley concentrates her practice in the areas of patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and general intellectual property matters.

Professional Biography


Mrs. Henley is a registered patent attorney and an associate in Baker Donelson's Nashville office as a member of the Intellectual Property Group. She focuses on patent prosecution and represents clients in intellectual property litigation and protection matters. Clients trust Mrs. Henley to guide them through each step of creation and maintenance of intellectual property portfolios and preparation of intellectual property agreements. She works with clients on patent and trademark preparation and prosecution.

While earning her undergraduate degree, she focused her studies on subjects including human physiology, life sciences, biology, chemistry, and behavioral sciences. During this time, she also worked as a research assistant in a neuroscience and psychology laboratory exploring aging, Parkinson's disease, and decision-making.

During law school, Mrs. Henley worked as a judicial extern to the Honorable John J. Tuchi of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
