Representative Matters

  • Represented a major university medical center in the negotiation of a lease for 440,000 square feet of medical and lifestyle office space in Nashville, Tennessee.
  • Represented the purchaser of a portfolio of six medical office buildings on two hospital campuses in Nashville, Tennessee in a transaction valued at $80 million.
  • Counseled a client in the development, construction financing and initial lease-up work for a 127,000 square foot office building in Birmingham, Alabama, which included negotiating a lease with law firm anchor tenant for 70,000 square feet of space.
  • Negotiated ground lease for an 80,000 square foot medical office building to be constructed on the campus of a major health care institution in Bellevue, Washington.
  • Provided counsel for the developer of a 23,000 square foot medical office building constructed within an air parcel over an existing building on a hospital campus in Knoxville, Tennessee.
  • Represented the purchaser of a 50,000 square foot suburban office park in Atlanta, Georgia.
  • Represented the developer of a 140,000 square foot commercial office building and hotel project in Nashville, Tennessee, including land assemblage, development and construction financing.
