Mr. Elmankabady is a member of the Firm's Real Estate and Finance Group. He serves as an advisor, consultant, and representative to his clients, assisting them in managing their commercial real estate and business matters. His clients include real estate developers, family-owned businesses, and lenders. Mr. Elmankabady helps his clients by working with them to navigate a wide spectrum of legal issues, ranging from commercial real estate transactions to everyday business affairs.

He has counseled clients on all sides of a commercial real estate deal, having represented sellers and purchasers in commercial real estate acquisitions, tenants and landlords in commercial lease negotiations, and lenders and borrowers in commercial finance deals. This vast array of experience helps him better serve his clients. By having worked on both sides of a deal, he has an extensive knowledge and understanding of how best to protect his clients' interests.

Mr. Elmankabady is passionate about understanding his clients' goals and looking for ways to work with them to identify creative solutions and options that will best fit their needs. His deep industry knowledge and extensive experience positions him as a true trusted advisor and strategic counselor to his clients.
