Ms. Carter is an associate in Baker Donelson's New Orleans office and a member of the Advocacy Department where she represents clients in state and federal courts throughout Louisiana in commercial and insurance defense litigation.
As part of Ms. Carter's litigation practice, she defends claims involving personal injury, products liability, premises liability, property damage, business interruption, and insurance bad faith.
