Jordana Oppenheim is an associate in Baker Donelson's Atlanta office and a member of the Advocacy Department.
Ms. Oppenheim advises clients on a wide variety of employment-related matters, including employee leave, reasonable accommodations, wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets. Ms. Oppenheim's advice is client-focused, practical, and designed to minimize litigation risks while taking into account business realities. However, when clients do face litigation, Ms. Oppenheim represents clients in state and federal courts.
While in law school, Ms. Oppenheim served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Walt Davis in the Georgia State-wide Business Court. She also participated in the Family Justice Clinic, Veterans Legal Clinic, and corporate counsel externship with the American Cancer Society, as well as contributed to the Georgia Law Review. Before law school, Ms. Oppenheim worked as a commercial real estate financial analyst/relationship manager for Wells Fargo for two years in their seniors' housing division.
