Mr. Reagan is an associate located in the Firm's Memphis office and a member of the Advocacy Department. He focuses his practice on the defense of a broad range of clients at both the state and federal level and assists clients in complex litigation, municipal defense, and contractual disputes.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Reagan worked as a subrogation analyst at a law firm in Memphis, Tennessee where he gained experience in ERISA and health care law. During his time in law school, Mr. Reagan served as a University of Memphis Dean's Writing Fellow for the 2021– 2022 academic year, and he also externed for the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Memphis. In 2022, he was granted a limited legal license by the State of Tennessee for his work with the University of Memphis Neighborhood Preservation Clinic, where he managed a variety of cases and frequently appeared in Shelby County Environmental Court.
