Professional Biography


Greg focuses on transportation, logistics, and customs/international trade issues to address clients' litigation and transactional needs. This includes defending clients in transportation related lawsuits, providing due diligence for a logistics company merger, or drafting client specific language for a new third-party logistics customer agreement. He also represents clients in matters related to commercial construction and real estate, including resolving contractor-subcontractor disputes and verifying the effectiveness of a design professional's standard contract. As a licensed U.S. Customs Broker, Greg assists in addressing customs and trade compliance needs, including product classification evaluation and trade agreement qualification.

Greg's prior work experience includes more than 30 years as a marketing and trade compliance executive, working for two global transportation, forwarding, and logistics companies. Greg also worked three years as a commercial real estate loan officer for a regional New England bank providing financing to clients through acquisition, construction, and development loans.

Greg received his J.D. from Georgia State University. He received his M.B.A. from Columbia University, New York, with concentrations in Finance, Marketing, and International Business. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Boston College with a double major in Romance Languages (French and Italian) and Economics.

Greg is fluent in Italian and French.
