Buck Lewis, chair of the Firm's Appellate Group and lead counsel in the recent Sixth Circuit case of Beijing Fito Medical Company, Ltd. v. Wright Medical Technology, Inc., will compare the Fito decision with the recent controversial Sixth Circuit case of Lindenberg v. Jackson National Life Insurance Co., which struck down Tennessee's damage cap statutes.

He will give unique insights on the relationship between the two cases gleaned from his oral argument and discuss the implications for Tennessee businesses and Tennessee jurisprudence.
