Three Baker Donelson Attorneys Elected to Board of Directors

Russell W. Gray, Steven F. Griffith Jr., and Tonya Mitchem Grindon have been elected to Baker Donelson's board of directors. They were elected by the Firm's shareholders and will each serve a three-year term as a member of the board.

Mr. Gray, who has been re-elected to a second three-year term on the board, is the managing shareholder of the Firm's Chattanooga office and a member of Baker Donelson's Labor & Employment Department. He represents local, regional and national clients on a full range of labor and employment issues, including wage and hour, drug testing, policy manuals, covenants not to compete, response to union activity, various employment forms, compliance advice and employment litigation. He also has more than 20 years of experience in commercial and business litigation, including litigation involving contractual matters, trade secrets, stock valuation and real property. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® and in Mid-South Super Lawyers since 2011.

Mr. Griffith, a shareholder in Baker Donelson's New Orleans office, is a member of the Firm's Business Litigation Group and has a national practice assisting clients in various industries, including affordable housing, construction, hospitality and maritime. He has represented clients on matters arising in more than 35 states across the nation, ranging from the defense of nationwide class and collective actions to smaller business disputes. Mr. Griffith has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® since 2012 and in Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers since 2010. He has also been recognized in Louisiana Super Lawyers and was named among the publication's top 50 attorneys in Louisiana and top 50 attorneys in New Orleans in 2016 and 2017.

Ms. Grindon, who has also been re-elected to a second three-year term on the board, is a shareholder in Baker Donelson's Nashville office and chairs the Firm's Corporate Finance & Securities Group. She concentrates her practice in securities and corporate finance, corporate governance and business transactions. She has significant experience representing companies in public offerings and private placements of both debt and equity securities and is also experienced in the representation of private funds, including planning and structuring strategies for funds in their day-to-day operations. Ms. Grindon is recognized in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® since 2008. She has also been listed in Mid-South Super Lawyers since 2012 and was listed among the publication's top 50 female attorneys in the Mid-South in 2013 and 2015.
