Professional Biography

Felicia Morris is the Director of Legal Technology for Baker Donelson's Client Solutions Group. Since 2002, she has served the Firm as a transactional paralegal, Disaster Recovery project team lead, worked as a PMP^® for the Legal Project Management Office, and also directed special projects including the Firm's recent intelligent budgeting initiative. Felicia and the Legal Tech team administer the Firm's intranet, extranets and collaboration sites, practice software support, AI tools, document automation and more.
