Hear from four panels of practice area experts on a variety of current topics including congressional and other special investigations; the investigation and prosecution of whistleblowers; the coordination of parallel civil and criminal enforcement proceedings; and the increase in multijurisdictional enforcement in FCPA investigations.

The program will begin with registration and breakfast at 9:00 a.m. ET and will conclude following a networking reception from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. ET. The event is free for all Federal Bar Association members, and $95 for non-members.
