Ethan manages all phases of a transaction for his clients, including new loan originations, loan restructurings and workouts, and real estate transfers. He also has significant experience representing lenders in long term care and seniors housing project financings.

  • Represented a lender in the simultaneous closing of a $507 million loan portfolio (bridge, mezzanine and working capital) secured by 27 skilled nursing facilities in Florida.

  • Represented a lender in the restructuring of a $35 million loan portfolio secured by eight long term care facilities in Indiana.

  • Represented a lender in closing a $22.5 million bridge-to-HUD loan secured by an assisted living facility in Alaska.

  • Represented a lender in closing a $3 million mezzanine loan to the owner and operator of a skilled nursing facility in Florida.

  • Represented a lender in closing a $25.1 million bridge-to-HUD loan secured by seven assisted living/skilled nursing facilities in Missouri.

  • Represented a lender in closing a $50 million bridge-to-HUD loan secured by six assisted living/skilled nursing facilities in Ohio.

  • Closed a $21 million bridge-to-HUD loan on behalf of a real estate investment trust. The loan was secured by four long-term care facilities in Ohio.
