Addie Guida assists clients in a variety of litigation and intellectual property matters, with a strong focus in the areas of trademark, copyright, media, and technology.

Professional Biography


Ms. Guida regularly counsels clients in identifying, protecting, and enforcing intellectual property rights, particularly in the areas of trademark and copyright law.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Guida served as a student attorney for the Tulane Domestic Violence Law Clinic and as a legal intern for The Ella Project in New Orleans. Additionally, she has experience as a press intern for the Office of Senator Roger F. Wicker and the University of Mississippi School of Law.
