Daniel advises health care clients in all aspects of corporate governance issues and mergers and acquisitions. He also provides clients with support in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including confidentiality, supply and distribution, and other service agreements. Additionally, Daniel has experience in business, real estate, and securities.
