Baker Donelson announces the arrival of Taylor Tipton to the Firm's Knoxville office.
Mr. Tipton joins as an associate in the Firm's Financial Services Transactions Group where he represents banks, bank holding companies and investors in merger and acquisition, restructuring and recapitalization, and securities transactions. He also advises clients on financial regulatory laws and has represented clients in investigations and enforcement actions brought by the Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, CFPB, OFAC, Department of Justice and state attorneys general.
A cum laude graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Tipton received his bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee and is currently licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
