The Committee of 100 for Economic Development, Inc. has selected Noah Kressler as a member for 2022.

The Committee is currently engaged in seeking fiscal reform measures to make Louisiana a more competitive business environment for existing business as well as recruit new business and industry to Louisiana.
Noah Kressler is a shareholder in Baker Donelson's New Orleans office where he leads the Firm's Corporate practice in Louisiana. Noah is regularly recognized as one of Louisiana's most prominent transactional lawyers and represents many of Louisiana's most well-known established and emerging companies. He advises public and private companies in Louisiana and across the country on a wide range of business and financing transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, securities law and governance matters. He has advised clients on raising more than $25 billion in capital.
After graduating from Tulane Law School, Noah spent nearly a decade practicing law in New York and London for a prominent Wall Street firm before moving back to New Orleans in 2015 and joining Baker Donelson. Noah also serves as the New Orleans recruiting chair for Baker Donelson and sits on the Firm's diversity leadership team.
Noah is a member of the board and executive committee for New Orleans Business Alliance (NOLABA), the nonprofit economic development organization for the City of New Orleans. He also spearheads Baker Donelson's involvement in the Louisiana chapter of EO (Entrepreneurs Organization), a global peer-to-peer network of over 12,000 business owners in 52 countries. In addition, Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers lists Noah as a leading Corporate/M&A lawyer in Louisiana. Noah serves as chair of the Business Financing Committee of the American Bar Association's Business Law Section, and since 2014, he has also been an adjunct professor of law at Tulane Law School.
