Chuck Goldberg advises clients on tax, business, and estate planning matters. He is of counsel in Baker Donelson's Nashville office and a member of the Tax Group.

Professional Biography


Mr. Goldberg represents individual and business clients in the areas of federal and state taxation, estate planning, business succession planning, business transactions, tax controversy, and business law, including corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.

Immediately prior to joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Goldberg served as a senior vice president at a large national wealth management firm, servicing and advising that firm's ultra-high net worth client base. He draws upon this experience, as well as his background as a certified public accountant, to provide a unique perspective when counseling clients.
