Chris Bomhoff has a successful track record managing and analyzing complex Public Assistance projects in accordance with applicable law, regulation, and policy from an applicant request for funding through arbitration.
Chris devoted nearly six years to assisting FEMA defend policy application issues in Public Assistance Program arbitration cases and resolve Office of Inspector General audits. Chris also worked on behalf of Public Assistance applicants to resolve policy issues before they require adjudication by administrative appeal or arbitration. His experience with and knowledge about FEMA's decision-making process and previous applications of policy contribute to an efficient and targeted approach to solving client policy issues.
