Baker Donelson Attorneys Recognized in 2012 Edition of Alabama Super Lawyers and Alabama Rising Stars

(Birmingham, AL/April 30, 2012) Nineteen attorneys with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC have been named to the 2012 edition of Alabama Super Lawyers. Another ten attorneys were named to the publication's list of 2012 "Rising Stars."

The following attorneys, along with the practice areas in which they are noted, were named to the list: D. Keith Andress, civil litigation defense; Patricia Clotfelter, business litigation; Floyd D. Gaines, general litigation; David B. Hall, transportation/maritime; H. Chervis Isom, real estate; Frank S. James III, employment and labor; Denise W. Killebrew, real estate; Timothy M. Lupinacci, bankruptcy and creditor/debtor rights; Murphy McMillan III, real estate; Edward P. Meyerson, construction litigation; Anne W. Mitchell, estate planning and probate; Linda J. Peacock, business/corporate; Andrew J. Potts, estate planning and probate; Eric L. Pruitt, bankruptcy and creditor/debtor rights; D.J. Simonetti, business/corporate; William G. Somerville III, employment and labor; William R. Sylvester, real estate; Susan S. Wagner, appellate; and James C. Wilson Jr., business/corporate.

Alabama Super Lawyers also named four Baker Donelson attorneys to its top attorney lists. Patricia Clotfelter, Anne W. Mitchell and Susan S. Wagner were named among the top 25 female attorneys in Alabama and Timothy M. Lupinacci was named among the top 50 attorneys in Alabama.

The publication also honored ten Baker Donelson attorneys in its 2012 list of Alabama Rising Stars: Bill Bensinger, business litigation; Natalie Bolling, employment and labor; Stacey A. Davis, entertainment and sports; Jonathan R. Geisen, business/corporate; Harriet Thomas Ivy, intellectual property litigation; Max A. Moseley, bankruptcy and creditor/debtor rights; Vincent Nelan, construction litigation; Chad J. Post, real estate; Sara M. Turner, personal injury defense: products; and Rachel VanNortwick, employment and labor.

The selections for this list are made by the research team at Super Lawyers, which is a service of Thomson Reuters, Legal division.
