Baker Donelson announces the arrival of Anthony B. Thompson Jr. to the Firm's Atlanta office.
Mr. Thompson joins as an associate in the Firm's Real Estate Group, focusing his practice on representing owners, investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of commercial real estate, including multifamily complexes, mixed-use developments, retail centers, hotels and self-storage facilities. He partners with his clients in all stages of real estate transactions, from contract/lease negotiations and due diligence review to drafting sale and loan documents and conducting closings.
A graduate of the Emory University School of Law and Goizueta Business School, Mr. Thompson was previously an attorney at a commercial real estate boutique in Atlanta. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association.
