Andrei is an associate in Baker Donelson's Atlanta office and a member of the Commercial Litigation Group. He assists clients in a broad range of matters, including complex business, real estate, partnership, and construction disputes.
Andrei has successfully represented clients in litigation in state and federal courts. His experience spans more than 10 years in matters such as wrongful death claims, insurance and business disputes, negligent construction claims, and breach of contract claims. His background also includes personal injury, premises liability, and transportation matters. Andrei has represented publicly traded companies, small businesses, and individuals throughout the entire litigation process.
He serves as an attorney coach for the Georgia State University undergraduate mock trial team.
