(June 10, 2014) Baker Donelson is pleased to announce that three of its Florida attorneys have been included in the 2014 edition of Florida Super Lawyers.
The attorneys named to the list, along with the practice areas in which they are noted, include:
- Zachary J. Bancroft, creditor/debtor rights
- Kelly Overstreet Johnson, alternative dispute resolution
- Hal K. Litchford, business litigation
Florida Super Lawyers also named Kelly Overstreet Johnson to its list of top 50 female attorneys in Florida.
The selections for this list are made by the research team at Super Lawyers, which is a service of Thomson Reuters, Legal Division. Each year, the research team undertakes a multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area and a good-standing and disciplinary check.
