States continue with their aggressive focus and examination of state tax planning structures. From transfer pricing, alternative apportionment, expense disallowance, nexus and other challenges, tax planning structures and arrangements that withstood scrutiny 10 years ago may not do so today. Please join Baker Donelson as we review recent developments from Tennessee and other states that address state tax planning and the types of challenges and authorities that multistate businesses should expect to encounter.
