Join attorneys Jonathan Hancock and Whitney Harmon as they examine the exposure social media has received in court opinions across the country. During this session, we will examine cases in which social media use has created novel and unique legal issues, and will quantify some of the legal rules and lessons these cases produced. This session will conclude with ample time for questions from the audience on this and other presentations offered as part of the Firm's Social Media Series.
