(Birmingham, AL / February 20, 2014) Baker Donelson announces the addition of S. Nathan Gordon to the Firm's Birmingham office.
Mr. Gordon is an associate in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Group where his practice includes a wide variety of transactional matters, including all aspects of entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate finance and corporate governance. He also advises clients in the areas of taxation and tax planning, estate planning, wealth-transfer planning and charitable organizations. Mr. Gordon has advised clients of all sizes in a variety of industries including banking, insurance, manufacturing, health care, telecommunications and real estate. A 2012 graduate of the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, Mr. Gordon is a member of the Alabama Bar Association and is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
