Join presenters John Branson and Hayden Lait for training specifically designed to familiarize non-divorce lawyers with how to represent pro bono clients in simple, uncontested divorce proceedings. They will introduce you to key elements and present documents needed for the process, including the simple pleadings and peripheral documents that are necessary. This program is being presented in collaboration with the Community Legal Center of Memphis.
