Jan M. Hayden Named Among "Women of the Year"

(New Orleans, LA/September 10, 2012)  Jan M. Hayden of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, has been recognized as one of the New Orleans City Business "Women of the Year," a list recognizing women who are standouts for their contributions to their career and community.

Ms. Hayden, who is a shareholder in the New Orleans office of Baker Donelson, is a member of the financial institutions group, where she assists clients with workouts and reorganizations under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. She is a member of the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation where she serves as the Membership Chair on the Board of the Louisiana Network. Ms. Hayden also serves on the Board of Directors for The Pro Bono Project of New Orleans and the Second Harvest Food Bank of Greater New Orleans and Acadiana and is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy. A graduate of the Paul M. Hebert Law Center of Louisiana State University, Ms. Hayden has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® since 1993 and recognized as one of the top ten lawyers in Louisiana by Louisiana Super Lawyers since 2007. She is also listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business.
