This session will focus on hiring practices that will help prevent common problems associated with background checks, interviews and other issues arising from state and federal regulations. We will emphasize tips for avoiding litigation, while also discussing steps employers can take to position their companies for a successful defense when litigation is unavoidable, and will conclude the session by providing an opportunity for attendees to pose questions to the panelists for additional discussion.
