Employee training is a subject that is often neglected, overlooked or completely ignored. This type of training has become mandatory in some states by statute, but confusion remains. If employers do not regularly train, or do not have training at all, are they subject to increased liability? In states with mandatory training, do the courts require that all employers train their employees on their harassment and discrimination policy and complaint procedures? And are there other subjects on which employers should also train? Join us to learn the answers to these questions and more.

Don't miss it!
