Designed as an introduction to the most common issues that human resources (HR) professionals address on a routine basis, each briefing will review one of six fundamental areas of employment law. These courses are designed for those who are new to the HR field, but can also serve as refreshers for those who have previous experience in HR activities.

Workers’ Compensation
In this session, we will cover the basic elements of a workers' compensation claim, including treatment issues, benefit explanations, and steps employers can take to effectively handle a claim from First Report to final settlement.

This program has been submitted to HR Certification Institute for review.
