In recent years, the Department of Labor was criticized by the Government Accountability Office for failing to investigate wage and hour claims. In response, the DOL hired additional investigators, sought increased funding from Congress, and stepped up its investigative efforts. Are you concerned that employees working off the clock or being improperly classified as salaried, exempt employees will result in you being chosen for an investigation? In light of the DOL's enhanced enforcement efforts, this presentation will show you what to do now to comply with the DOL's requirements and avoid being targeted for a DOL investigation.
