This session will be a practical discussion of shared responsibility compliance issues. We will address "FTE" status and what that means, particularly for rehires and employees changing hours and duties. The discussion will also review employers' new reporting obligations on Forms 1094 and 1095 and how to assure timely compliance.
Continuing Education Credit:
This program is pending CLE credit approval in the state of Mississippi. It has been submitted to the HR Certification Institute for review.
