Esteemed guests, prepare yourselves for a G-rated tale of Equal Pay Act intrigue.  We'll introduce you to Tatiana Irons, a hardworking and loyal employee of Silver Enterprises Holdings, Inc., the company founded and controlled by wealthy entrepreneur and CEO Chris Silver.  Tatiana arrives at work one day to learn that a mysterious newcomer, Peter Slayton, has been hired into her department.  Tatiana and Peter have much in common – the same job title, similar educational backgrounds and work experience – but the intrepid Peter has somehow convinced the impetuous Mr. Silver to hire him at a salary that is higher than Tatiana's!  Join us for breakfast, watch the story unfold, and indulge in the guilty pleasure of watching Mr. Silver (who underpays and often fails to heed his brilliant and vivacious Vice President of HR, by the way) struggle against the inflexible demands of the federal Equal Pay Act.  Can anyone hope to escape its tight hold, once its burden of proof shifts squarely onto them?
