Professional Biography


Travis Holly, an attorney practicing in Baker Donelson's Advocacy Department, has more than 17 years of litigation experience.

Travis focuses his practice on transportation litigation, transportation regulatory compliance and health care liability litigation. He also has extensive experience with long term care litigation, premises liability, professional liability, workers' compensation, and personal injury.

Travis is licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Alabama. He has litigated countless cases to successful conclusion, whether through dismissal, settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial (federal and state).

  • Represented a fire extinguisher and fire systems service company involving a fire that occurred in a manufacturing facility located in Newport, Tennessee. Plaintiffs asserted allegations of negligence, breach of contract, breach of warranty and other causes of action. The damages alleged by plaintiffs were in excess of $31.5 million.
