Torrey M. Feldman assists clients in a broad range of litigation matters.

Professional Biography


Torrey M. Feldman is an associate in Baker Donelson's Chattanooga office and a member of the Advocacy Department. She assists clients in a variety of areas including sports and entertainment contracts and litigation, commercial litigation, copyright licensing, trademark prosecution and protection, labor and employment, non-profit law, eminent domain, trusts and estates, and bankruptcy.

Before joining Baker Donelson, Torrey served as a legal summer associate in the General Counsel's office at an insurance company, where she assisted the litigation team in policy changes and revision of heavily litigated contract language. While in law school, she was a student fellow with Creative Commons USA and did extensive research and advocacy work surrounding access to educational, scientific, public, and creative works through free, reasonable, or flexible licensing.

Torrey also has a background in communication and sports broadcasting, with a Bachelors in Electronic Media & Broadcasting, a Master of Science degree in Sports Journalism, and memberships in sports law organizations. She is also a host of Baker Donelson's Diversity & Inclusion podcast: Diversity Ever After.
