Overview

Mr. Bonura's practice focuses on advising health care organizations and professionals in the transactional, operational and regulatory aspects of the health care industry.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Bonura served as assistant general counsel for a multi-specialty hospitalist group. He has extensive experience advising hospitals, physicians and advanced practice nurses in a variety of matters including labor and employment, health care compliance, state hospital designation regulations, implementing new professional service lines, income guaranty and relocation agreements, billing and reimbursement, Texas Medical Board and Texas Board of Nursing administrative law, and general corporate law.
