Corporate Business and Securities

Tanisha's corporate experience includes helping clients with a variety of transactional matters, including all aspects of entity formation, multi-million dollar private placement securities offerings, corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, state and federal securities laws, corporate finance and corporate governance. She also has extensive experience drafting offering documents and related agreements.

Intellectual Property

Tanisha assists her clients with copyright protection and USPTO matters, including trademark search and clearance, responses to Office Actions, and post-registration petitions; and TTAB proceedings, including opposition and cancellation matters. She works with clients on IP infringement and enforcement matters, as well as IP contract and license drafting, review, and analysis, including Music Performance Agreements and IP Assignments. Her work has included state and federal trademark filings, Section 8 and 15 filings, reviewing trademark search records, filing statements of use, and drafting cease and desist letters, as well as litigation preparation and trials.


Tanisha counsels professional athletes in the NBA, Grammy award-winning entertainers, business entities and individuals in the music, sports, film, and television industries. She helps her clients with general corporate structuring, implementation and governance, protection of intellectual property, and in the negotiation, drafting and review of contracts.


Tanisha assists clients with a wide variety of business litigation matters, including employment-related matters. She regularly helps clients draft and implement employment policies, procedures, and handbooks, and advises on other HR-related issues.
