Sarah represents clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation disputes, financial services matters, and business compliance investigations. Sarah also has experience counseling corporate clients in contract review, drafting, and negotiations.
Sarah is committed to helping young attorneys thrive at Baker Donelson and participates in the Diversity Scholarship Selection Committee, the Southeastern Minority Job Fair, and the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. Sarah also currently serves as the Firm-Wide Diverse Summer Associate mentor, New Litigator mentor, and Atlanta office mentor.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Sarah was a legal intern with the U.S. Department of Commerce in Washington, D.C., specializing in economic development projects. Sarah now focuses on representation of financial institutions, businesses, and individuals at all stages of litigation. Sarah's recent advocacy practice includes second-chair jury trial experience resulting in favorable award for defendant/condemnee in a Georgia eminent domain action.
