Samantha Williams focuses her practice on corporate and securities law. She has broad transactional experience that includes mergers and acquisitions in a variety of different industries.

Samantha has represented energy private equity firms and companies in a variety of asset sales, facility sales, and financing arrangements. Her private company work includes private offerings of securities, general corporate work and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Samantha was a corporate associate at a large international law firm in Houston, Texas. She also worked as a legislative correspondent in the Office of Senator Lamar Alexander in Washington, D.C. from 2012 to 2014. During that time, she focused on health care, education, labor, and pension issues.
