Robert E. Hauberg, Jr., a shareholder in Baker Donelson's Jackson, Mississippi and Washington, D.C. offices, has been elected to a one year term as secretary of the Federal Bar Association's (FBA) Antitrust and Trade Regulation Section.
The Antitrust and Trade Regulation Section seeks to improve the understanding and practice of antitrust and trade regulation law and related procedural issues. As secretary of the section, Mr. Hauberg will assist in program planning and publications as well as FBA outreach.
Mr. Hauberg is a member of Baker Donelson's Government Enforcement and Investigations Group where he has experience as a federal prosecutor as well as counsel for corporations and executives in both civil and white collar crime investigations and litigation. He is a Fellow of the Mississippi Bar Foundation and serves as co-chair of the District of Columbia Bar's Antitrust and Consumer Law Section.
