Overview

In this technical role, he assists with the creation and development of extranets related to the Firm's legal project management initiative, BakerManage. He has also worked on disaster recovery projects related to the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Public Assistance and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) administration programs.

Additionally, Craig has a strong financial background that includes obtaining his Series 7 license and serving as a financial advisor.​​​​​​

Recent Representative Projects
  • Assisted with the ongoing implementation of the document management system for the financial oversight of the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency’s responsibilities under the FEMA's $3 billion public assistance program in response to Hurricane Katrina. Trained, monitored and supervised team members on all document management processes. Also created and improved new scanning and coding guidelines for all incoming files and paperwork for tracking purposes with ongoing QA/QC monitoring for the team.
  • Served as analyst for eligibility processing, title review, closing and closeout services, as well as appeals assistance, in connection with grant administration of CDBG funds for housing needs post-Ike for the Texas General Land Office. Also helped in the development and implementation of the rental program through the same processes.
