Professional Biography

Ola Oso advises clients on real estate matters, as well as in a variety of transactional matters ancillary to real estate transactions, including the sale and acquisitions of real property, commercial leasing, real estate financing, and real property title review. He works with clients in the real estate development, telecommunication, and automotive industries, among others. Ola also represents clients on general corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions and structural organization and reorganization. 

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Oso interned for several Fortune 500 companies and for the U.S. Department of the Interior. 

Ola is the 2021 recipient of the Baker Donelson Tom Hodge and Bob Worthington Leadership Award from the University of Tennessee College of Law.

  • Assisted a major national energy company in reviewing and negotiating multiple solar farm leases. 

  • Represented a real estate developer in a complex acquisition of over 200-acre planned subdivision.
